You’re in! - welcome to the Frequency Alpha!

Here’s everything you need:

1. Get set up (about 5 minutes).

CLICK TO REGISTER → create your account → answer a few quick questions to get started. Frequency works with Claude on desktop for now, through a Chrome browser extension: other tools will follow. Tip: pin the extension so it's easy to reach and you'll spot notifications.

2. Use Claude like you normally would.

No need to change anything, just use it as you normally would, for whatever you'd normally use it for. Feel free to also lean on Claude a little more than usual during the testing - even for things you'd usually take elsewhere - just to give it more to go on. Frequency learns from real use.(Note that from a privacy standpoint Frequency pays attention to how you interact with Claude - like whether you keep an answer or reshape it - not what you're actually writing about.)

3. Use it across several days.

It takes a bit of runway to get to know how you work, so a few sessions over several days will be ideal. Dip in most days if you can, however you'd normally use Claude. Stick with it past the first day or so; it needs a little use before it has enough to work with.

4. Look out for the occasional pop-up.

Every so often, Frequency will share something it thinks it's noticed about how you like to work, and ask you whether that feels right or not. Let it know either way: this is to help it further tune Claude’s output to your style.

5. Optional - join our Slack channel.
